Why is everything in the deli served cold?
SNAP/EBT can’t be used to purchase hot food or food from establishments with seating (restaurants). In order to maximize food accessibility we serve everything in the deli cold.
How come you’re not open 7 days a week?
As a two person team running a new business, we need time to rest, regroup and prepare for the week.
You have lots of items in the deli and faves listed as ‘gluten free’ - what are your kitchen practices?
We keep our convection oven gluten free as well as our deep fryer. We make every effort to avoid cross contamination of cookware and utensils during food preparation.
Where do you get your produce?
We have a mix of conventional and organic produce from several different vendors. We prioritize locally grown produce when it’s in season.
